Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 33 of 2013 “Reorganization of the discipline concerning the obligations of publicity, transparency and dissemination of information by Public Administrations” this section, called “Transparent Administration”, contains documents, information and data organized according to the scheme indicated by the Decree itself and allows citizens to have immediately available the information provided by the rule also for the purposes of “civic access”.
