For this reason, it made the strategic decision to develop an in-house IT department dedicated to maintaining and evolving our technology platforms, including the innovative product suite that encompasses a state-of-the-art self booking tool with a dedicated mobile app, an integrated travel request management platform, and other cutting-edge systems to enhance the traveler experience and simplify the work of travel agents.

We firmly believe that no technology, no matter how advanced, can ever replace the professionalism and added human value of our Travel Consultants, so our research and development activities are geared toward creating solutions that support and enhance the work of our operators, allowing them to be fully focused on the unique advice they offer.

The Process & Implementation department plays a strategic and crucial role in managing all operational processes and implementing travel applications, ensuring that every phase is meticulously followed to provide a seamless and unique travel experience.

The team works closely with clients, offering personalized support to help them make the most of ACI blueteam’s tools and applications, tailoring them to their specific needs. In addition to providing assistance, the team continuously monitors the technical quality of products and services, proactively intervening to maintain high performance standards and meet customer expectations.

At the same time, the department is dedicated to in-house software development, collaborating with all company teams to enhance existing features and implement new solutions. In managing and coordinating the company’s internal processes, Process & Implementation plays a strategic role in optimizing efficiency and fostering better collaboration across departments.
