Milan MI, Sept. 24, 2024 - Alfredo Pezzani, chief business officer of ACI blueteam, participated in the roundtable organized by Guida Viaggi and Amadeus Italia on the NDC (New Distribution Capability) protocol. Speakers included Fabio Andaloro of Air France-KLM, Adriano Apicella of Welcome Travel Group, Damiano Sabatino of Uvet Group, Gabriele Rispoli of Amadeus Italia, and Angelo Bartolini of Qatar Airways. Pezzani highlighted how the NDC, designed to optimize airline profits, brings challenges for the distribution sector, which must invest in new technologies. The speakers stressed the importance of multichannel and standardization for more effective adoption of the protocol.
