Luisago CO, Feb. 05, 2024 - Paolo Bertola, commercial and service delivery director, ACI blueteam, starts first with a balance on 2023 that saw a growth “not only in volumes (revenue) of services issued, but also in the quantity of services delivered, which is in double digits on revenue and around 10% on quantity.” A result, as the manager explains, that is “driven by a fashion world that had a big rebound in 2023, but in the last quarter of the year had the first signs of a slowdown.” Also contributing positively is the staffing front, “the supply chain has been replenished and demand has meant that we can start again with training.”
Bertola believes it is difficult to make a forecast for 2024 because there are “many elements converging, between exogenous, political, health, uncontrollable and endogenous factors. The supply chain has reached prices that have led companies to put themselves in a defensive position, to stem an explosion of budgets, which they already no longer controlled in 2023.” As a group compared to 2019, “growth around 3 percent is expected,” the manager says.
In such an unstable market environment, what areas can be worked on, then, to improve adv sales performance? Answering this question is Paolo Bertola, sales and service delivery director, ACI blueteam. The vision brought forward by the company is to “work always and only on quality, which must make up for the lack of quality in the last two years in the supply chain, such as the lack of human resources in different areas and must bring to the customer services with timely prerogatives.” A quality that - according to what the manager notes - “has changed.”
