ACI blueteam announces a new organizational structure to consolidate and strengthen growth and accelerate innovation in travel services

Two new Divisions for a more agile, specialised structure focused on value for Clients and Partners

Luisago, 22 January 2026 — ACI blueteam unveils a new organizational structure designed to address the challenges of the coming years with greater effectiveness and to offer both corporate and leisure clients increasingly advanced, personalized, and technologically enhanced services. This reorganization marks a strategic step toward a more solid, responsive, and development‑oriented model.

The new structure establishes two operational Divisions, each with a distinct and complementary focus: Travel4Business, dedicated to corporate services, and Travel4People, focused on the private traveler experience. This change aims to enhance specialization, streamline processes, and fully leverage internal expertise.

“This reorganization stems from the desire to build a more modern and agile company, capable of anticipating the needs of a constantly evolving sector -, says Roberto Bettinelli, General Manager of ACI blueteam -. It is a strategic investment that strengthens our positioning and allows us to face the future with a clearer, stronger structure, even more oriented toward service quality”.

Leadership of the two new Divisions has been assigned to Fausto Portelli, Chief Operating Officer|Trave l4Business, and Piergiorgio Reggio, Chief Operating Officer |Travel4People.

Fausto Portelli highlights how this transformation represents a decisive opportunity for the corporate segment: “Our priority will be to further elevate quality standards, investing in increasingly efficient processes and advanced technological solutions. Through the commercial team, we will consolidate and strengthen our market presence with a widespread and proactive approach alongside our clients, ensuring high‑value services in Corporate Travel and MICE—reliable and innovation‑driven. At the same time, thanks to the supplier team, we will continue to cultivate and reinforce partnerships with our suppliers, a strategic factor to guarantee a competitive and increasingly distinctive offering.”

Piergiorgio Reggio emphasizes the push toward greater personalization and the strengthening of Leisure and premium lines: “The creation of the Travel4People Division allows us to reinforce our presence in the Leisure segment—through the PrenotACI brand—and in Luxury travel with the Exclusive brand, while also giving central relevance to the new Incoming project, which we will present to the market with a dedicated brand on the occasion of the 2026 Monza Grand Prix. This evolution will enable us to further enhance the customer experience and the value of Italian identity worldwide”.

This organizational evolution reflects a shared vision: building a dynamic, innovative company oriented toward sustainable growth, capable of generating new opportunities and responding with increasing precision to the needs of clients and partners.
