A new agreement that, thanks to the innovative technological solutions developed in close collaboration by both Partners, allows Customers and ACI Blueteam Partner Agencies to view and compare NDC (New Distribution Capability) offers, manage bookings (including changes and cancellations) and take advantage of the most dynamic additional services offered by Emirates. The integration offers a functional and intuitive product that covers the entire process: from searching for availability, to booking, through ticketing, flight change, cancellation and refund. With end-to-end integration, it is possible to manage corporate fares and discount programs for small and medium-sized companies and frequent flyer programs.
